Our engineering and development teams are currently monitoring our systems and have detected a marked increase in call volumes on our platform. Networks worldwide are also seeing unprecedented increases in traffic due to social distancing behavior, and with that increase comes a risk of network congestion. Along with network congestion comes the possibility of slowness in application behavior including application UI's. In an effort to help manage the volume, our team is prioritizing emergency announcements that are being circulated through our services. We will continue to monitor our infrastructure and provide timely updates. Our support team is standing by to help answer any questions or concerns.
