We have isolated the SSL issue to customers whose certificates rely on Let'sEncrypt DST Root CA X3, which expired today. See Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. Customers who wish to be proactive can change their SSL certificate to one that does not rely on Let'sEncrypt DST Root CA X3 in their authority chain.


Our team has observed SSL errors which may be leading to intermittent bad fetch errors. This is currently being looked into as an urgent priority.
