  • Monitoring

    Monitoring

We've addressed the underlying network/routing issue that was impacting external call transfers for PCI numbers. Additionally, we've identified and mitigated the issues with sound file playback. All validation testing has confirmed successful routing at this time.

We're continuing to monitor the system for recovery and will transition this disruption to a resolved status after getting full confirmation that all transfers are operational across impacted organizations.

  • Update
    UTC
    Update

We've identified a network routing failure within our infrastructure that contributes to the handling of PCI transfers.

We're working to correct that underlying misbehavior and will have further updates to share after that effort has been completed.

We are migrating some legacy portions of our infrastructure to a new end-point in AWS.

Traffic handling between the older system and AWS is being shifted in a staged approach - with routing capability/parity existing in both systems so that our teams can conduct an incremental movement of traffic between end-points.

No impact or downtime is expected.

Closing out this maintenance effort prematurely, as it's being postponed due to engineering/validation testing availability conflicts.

A new maintenance notification will be created in the future when this specific work is scheduled to be completed.

We are conducting an infrastructure update for our hosting end-points hosting.plumvoice.com and fuse.plumvoice.com

These hosts are situated behind a load-balancer, and our maintenance efforts are scheduled to be completed in a staged approach (one device at a time, in the pool of load-balanced resources).

No impact or downtime is expected to occur.
